For your convenience we offer express next day delivery to adresses within the Philippines. All merchandise is shipped via Air21 or LBC, with the exception of deliveries to P.O. Boxes. Provincial deliveries usually take 2 to 3 working days depending on the location.

International Shipping. Currently we offer international shipping within any country in the world. We offer express three - five days delivery, express air parcel, which usually takes for 7 - 14 days, with the exception of deliveries to P.O. Boxes. All merchandise is shipped via EiMS, FedEx, LBC and Post Office Recorded Mail.

Processing Times. We will make every effort to process orders within 48 hours (Monday-Saturday, excluding Holidays) from which they are received pending availability and payment verification. In the event of a delay we will notify you by email.

Order Processing. Payment received before 12 PM (Philippine Time) Monday to Saturday will be processed the same day and can be delivered with the day or on the following working day. To ensure timely delivery and to avoid unnecessary delays, make sure that you give us the correct complete address of the recipient and their contact numbers so that we can easily coordinate deliveries.
